Web Design

From beginning to end, we want the design process to be easy and done in a timely manner, with true professionals in communication with you.  We will give you a quality web site that meets your needs.  It is important to have good communication between the company representative and the client in order for that process to proceed quickly and to your satisfaction.

If you have photographs or other art work that you want used on your web site, each image must be copyright and royalty free, and owned by the client, or created by us.  We will not do or tolerate or create any site involved in illegal, pornographic or terroristic activities.

After you contact Nissi Design Group, we will give you a quote for your project as well as a contract.  Upon acceptance of the quote, you need to sign the contract and return it to us with your payment for the retainer.

You will be assigned a project manager, who will start the job.  He or she will give you a time line showing when you can expect the various sections of your site to be done.  They will give you a mock up of the site for your approval, and begin the work.  Any graphics, logos or text that will be needed for the site need to be delivered by you in order to complete the work.  This can be delivered by email, or by a CD or DVD delivered by the postal service or directly to the representative.

Payments

A minimum of 50% is required as a retainer before work on the web site will begin.  Once the initial retainer has been received by the Developer, basic site design concepts will be put online for the Client’s approval.  Communication between the Developer and the Client is crucial during this phase to ensure that the finished site will match the Client’s taste and needs.  Upon approval of the design, the site will be completed, and final payment plus any additional charges incurred will be due within fifteen (15) business days after delivery of the email or invoice.

If the fifteen days minimum is not met, an additional charge of 10% is due.  If payment is not made within thirty (30) days of notification, simple interest will accrue on the balance owed at a rate of 18% from the date the 10% penalty was levied.  Developer reserves the right to remove all web content from the internet if payment is not made within thirty (30) days after delivery of our completion notification.  If a payment delay is anticipated, please contact the Developer to discuss potential problems in advance.  If problems with payment are anticipated, we may be able to accommodate an alternate arrangement.

Cancellation of the project at the request of the Client must be made by certified letter.  In the event that work is postponed or canceled at the request of the Client by certified letter, the Nissi Design Group shall have the right to retain the original deposit.  In the event this amount is not sufficient to cover the developer for time and expense already invested in the project, additional payment will be due.  If additional payment is due, this will be billed to the Client within 10 days of notification via certified letter to stop the work.

Hosting & Domains

It is understood that payments for hosting and domains need to be paid at least 15 days before the renewal date, to ensure the continuance of the service. If your domain name expires, some one else can buy it, and you will no longer be able to use it. Hosting charges need to be paid in advance, or your site will be unavailable. We will send you ample notice before the payment comes due.
